How it works
- Billing
- Monthly, from the day you join. You can pause or cancel — it isn't a fixed-term contract.
- Booking
- Members get priority access to the calendar, which matters most in December and through wedding season.
- Your monthly treatment
- Included in the price. Anything beyond it is at your member rate.
- Unused months
- Rollover and expiry terms are confirmed with you at signup, in writing, before anything is charged.
- Mobile service
- Membership covers the treatment at the studio. If you would rather we came to you, that is quoted case by case and added to your visit.
Memberships are limited so that members can actually get booked. If a tier is full, you'll be told rather than sold.
